Teach for All, in partnership with the Oak Foundation, has had the privilege of running two global fellowships, one for teacher coaches from 12 different countries and one for teams of teacher coaches and current educators from three additional countries, to reimagine how to reach all learners more successfully. Throughout this experience, we’ve learned that in order to design learning environments that put students on a self-enduring path to broader outcomes, we must have a learner-scientist orientation that pushes us to have a deep understanding of ourselves. Join us to explore multiple ways of pushing ourselves – as organizations, educators, and parents – to understand ourselves as learners and remove barriers for the students in our lives.
