Building a Personal Learning Backpack Using the UDL Lens (Additional fee required)

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Many educators are familiar with UDL and its key concepts of learner variability and expertise. However, when it comes to actually implementing UDL in their own classrooms, they may feel overwhelmed and not know where to start. The goal of this workshop is to provide participants with a three-step process and a set of practical tools that will guide their UDL journey, beginning with activities to help them discover who they are as learners. These activities will model the process they will go through in their home environments, enabling all learners to develop independent skills that support learning and building a learner-centered classroom that emphasizes agency and self-regulation.
