David Davis is the Coordinator for the Technology Learning & Connections (TLC) Team, a part of Florida’s Multi-Tiered System of Supports Projects and the PS/RtI Project at the University of South Florida. The TLC Team provides services and resources to support the infusion of assistive technology, accessible instructional materials, instructional technology, Universal Design for Learning, and virtual instruction/assessment within an MTSS framework. Prior to this position, Mr. Davis was the state coordinator for technology with the Florida Diagnostic & Learning Resources System, a Certified Behavior Analyst with the State of Florida, and a music therapist.
